About Osteopathy

Osteopathy recognises that much of the pain and disability we suffer stems from abnormalities in our bodies structure and function. Osteopaths diagnose and treat problems with muscles, nerves, ligaments and joints to help the body's natural healing ability.

Treatment involves gentle manual techniques such as manipulation, articulation, stretching,massage and both visceral or cranial techniques if required. This helps to reduce pain,swelling and inflammation and results in improved function and mobility.
